    NEA Member Benefits is searching for just the right person to lead the charge in solving the personal finance challenges of teachers and other education professionals. Do you have a marketing degree and examples of experience where you’ve applied your imagination and creativity?     Responsibilities

    Our Senior Marketing Specialist leads the marketing of our financial services and products, including credit cards, loans, and savings programs. Success for this position is measured not only in sales achievement, but also through improved member satisfaction and loyalty. Responsibilities include:

    • Planning and managing experienced-based marketing campaigns across multiple channels (mail, email, print, social media, SEO/SEM, and mobile)
    • Integrating content marketing into campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, and leads
    • Developing strategies that provide personalized and relevant experiences throughout the buyer’s journey
    • Measuring and interpreting effectiveness of marketing campaigns as well as longitudinal impact on member behavior

    Qualifications

    Specific experience & skills required

    • The ideal candidate should have a BA/BS degree in marketing or business along with seven years of demonstrated marketing experience.  As an analytical thinker, the candidate should feel comfortable making data-driven decisions.  Effective communication and collaboration are a necessity, as is a positive outlook when faced with the most daunting challenges.
